The people at the branch are great especially Kim. She took the time to listen to my needs and executed them perfectly. She explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. She made the whole experience easier than I thought it was going to be. Also it was very quick as she didn't need to many documents. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a loan and the bank declines them. Also I will be using them in the future again.

Terrible customer service. Called and emailed me multiple times asking for the same documents. If I called in and spoke to someone other than the original person I was dealing with (Jen) they had no idea how to communicate between themselves. I was waiting on a title from the MVA and Jen got upset with me because there is no way I can fast track this information from the state. I decided to cancel my loan for how rude, unprofessional and uneducated these people are. She has no clue how to deal with someone that's on a 1099 or using collateral. Won't ever reccomend or use ever again.
