I don’t know if it was discriminative or is not But why they ask for a social security number for cashing out a check that was not over $1000 I showed her my license and she still was asking for social security number I have been in other cash stores never ask for that . The visit was 11/16/2022 at between 6:00pm 6:06 pm

Alecia was customer service is exceptional. She is very knowledgeable about her work. I was very frustrated due to a fault of my employer where they sent my direct deposit to an old account. I didn’t think I would be able to locate funds. She quickly was able to navigate and figure out what I needed to do to access my funds.
