The overall experience was fine, however my closing agent was difficult to reach and often didn't return calls. My initial agent who took my application neglected to tell me major information to complete my application. One call resulted in my getting a wonderful and knowledgeable gentleman who walked me thru the added Information and helped me provide the necessary documents successfully. I acquired a different closing agent who was kind, knowledgeable and patient. Her patience was amazing! As before, the experience was fine

I had an excellent experience and I do not share those sentiments lightly. I have over 25 years of sales and service experience. From my online inquiry, to your office follow-up, to the follow-up for documentation, to the timely follow-up on my processing, to the timely appointment to sign documentation, to the warm welcome when I entered my local office, to the warm professional representative that helped me complete of my loan process, and the follow-up communications, collectively equated an excellent client experience ...thank you.

They are horrible about hardships during COVID-19. Acted as if I made it up and asked for copies of paystubs. Every other company I called, even down to my other credit card companies did not ask for “proof”… I was offended a little. (Won’t lie about that)
But very responsive about opening another loan up. Trying to stop dealing with this branch. Was mislead about the program from the beginning.Tia is about making money and she is willing to tell you incorrect information to get you to sign that dotted line…
Horrible branch and it reflects on One Main.

I have had a couple of One Main loans, and this was, by-far, the best experience to date. For one, I did not want to do a secured loan any longer, even though that was for more money, which I did not need. Secondly, they offered an unsecured option, which I jumped on. It required a bit more paperwork, all of which was provided electronically. The best part was the same-day direct deposit. Even though COVID-19 has made life hard for a lot of people, One Main has persevered and come up with work-arounds to the pandemic. And Keisha was the sweetest, most professional associate I have worked with thus far. Thanks again One Main!

The manager was rude and hung up the phone in my face. She declined my application and said that I was not bringing in enough income and she didn’t understand how I was paid. I am a teacher who makes a good salary. I had the manager on the phone with my district’s hr department so my school district can explain how we were paid. The manager still didn’t understand, declined my application, and hung the phone up in my face. I am grateful they declined me because the interest of the loan was over 30 percent. I am happy that I received bad service bc this was a good sign not to get a loan with those people.
