This Branch has the worst customer service ever. They play with your funds as if it's theirs. Watch your accounts and know your transactions because they will hold your funds as they want. For years my payroll deposits have been made on Fridays regardless of the fact that my agency makes the deposit date for the Monday after the weekend. This bank waits until Friday before Christmas to hold my deposit. Well, Kate just ran a customer away. Talking about the Grinch showing up for Christmas.

Best credit union I’ve been too. They’ve always worked with my family and I and given us the best rates as well. The customer service is always helpful this is how a credit union should be highly recommend being a member! Update used them for our mortgage loan best rate again Quincy and Valissa are the best went above and beyond to help tremendous effort great people to work with.

I will no longer be a member due to this bank. I am currently closing all my families accounts. I’ve been with this bank for years but the way I have been treated lately is unacceptable. I have a secondary bank that I have been with just a short period of time and they take care of us so much more professionally and understandably.

Screw this bank. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Got there at 11:50am waited in a line while other cars got in other lines after noon and was serviced but then the car in front of me finally gets to go. Tells them she needs three transactions done they say ok then they tell me they can't take me even though I was sitting there for 20 minutes, almost 30. Told me to use ATM which I couldn't because for some reason they blocked my ATM card. Told me have a nice day and come back Monday. I need money now not Monday. This isn't the first time they've screwed me over. Good customer service is not present there. I'll be going back Monday to close my account completely , tired of dealing with these knobs.

We have been members for more than 20 years and are very satisfied. We've held share, share draft, business, and nonprofit accounts, and taken out numerous car loans, hold an IRA, and at least 2 of our children have had accounts with Cedar Point Federal Credit Union. i worked with Kate, not only did she open an account for me and pre approve me for a car loan, about an hour long process. she was extremely easy to work with, helpful, personable, and pleasant the whole time. i cannot recommend her enough.

Dropped by the Lexington Park CPFCU just to get 2 rolls of quarters. First, what happened to the inside? "Teller Pods"? I just wanted to get in line to have my transaction completed. Unfortunately, there is no real place to get in line. Think I'm joking? Take a look yourself! So I stood near the only "teller pod" with tellers and waited for over 10 minutes while only 2 customers completed complex transactions with one teller leaving frequently to take care of drive through customers. Then, when I finally got to the "pod" I waited and waited while the teller clicked enough keys on her computer to write a novel and said "I'll be right back". After first going one way and waiting, and then going the opposite way with another employee and finally returning to the pod, I got my 2 precious rolls of quarters. Total time spent to get my 2 rolls of quarters, TWENTY minutes. Good job CPFCU.

Ribbon cutting today for the main branch. The outside hasn’t changed much but the inside is a very modern with a vibrant blue hues. They now have teller pods, easy access coin machine and an approximate 10 foot screen with revolving information. Congrats on the upgraded look!
