I didn't use the local Loan Depot but was the Main Number. So let me start of by saying I shop around for my rates. Some companies would say, “Hey send me Loan Depot’s Estimate and I bet I can beat it”……Just to call me back up and say, no there is no way I can beat it and I would be careful because I don’t see how they can give you that rate with 0 points. So I guess when you are the best other companies are going to attack you. I UNJUSTLY went into this refinance skeptical and unsure because of what other companies were telling me. Well Loan Depot did everything they said they were going to do. They were AWESOME! My Loan Officer Dillon Leanna did his best to assure me everything was going to be ok and he gave me one hell of a deal. My Account Manager Raeleen Tubbs did an outstanding job of making sure I had everything I needed to make this a fast turnaround. The both of them answered every call and every email and I cannot give them both enough praise and Loan Depot as well. If people have negative reviews it’s because they didn’t follow through on their end and either do what they needed to or didn’t provide accurate information because Loan Depot Delivered 100% exceptional customer service and did everything they told me they were going to do in a timely manner. I would use this company over and over again! They are the BEST!

Very bad! Even if you do not proceed with your application they will send you a adverse action report saying your application is denied. Better to stay away from them

They won't stop the robo calls. Will never do business with a company that harass people.

Beware!!!!!!! Fraudulent behavior active on this account. Lack of logins allows computer attacks to submit fraudulent loan applications!!!!

Be aware, please don't waste your time, I have a mortgage with Loandepot since 2020, they didn't pay the insurance payment on time, they are are collecting my mortgage within three year but did not pay to my insurance, when I wanted to check to see my home policy there is 3 year laps and it is dificalt to get new policy with three years gap, Just I want to say please please don't waste your time.
