Extremely disappointed in Rosedale federal Perry Hall location. I was in the drive through line minutes before 4pm. While the car in front of me finished at 4:05 pm. I pull up to the window and am denied service because it's after 4pm. Terrible customer service. I couldn't possibly inconvenience you to stay 5 more minutes to get my earned money out! I don't have an ATM card. I work 7 am to 3:30 pm. It's extremely difficult to get to the bank when the bank opens and closes within a regular work day. I find it frustrating that banks are using the excuse of covid-19 to close early when we couldn't possibly be anymore socially distanced with employees being inside and I am outside. This type of stuff makes me want to withdraw all of my money and never use banks again.

I love it at Rosedale Federal Bank ♥️ The staff is excellent. The service is on point. I even got my sister to join. 5 ⭐s is not enough for this kind of quality.

Awesome Customer Service: Ryan made the process smooth and trouble free. He was thorough and clear in his responses to questions which helped us to make informed decisions and made us feel very comfortable by giving us the space to process our choices.
