Why do you “balance a vault” while your STILL OPEN to serve your members??! Because I can’t make it to the bank until AFTER your alls apparent scheduled time to “balance the vault” I get refused the transaction I’m asking for??! You’re open for another hour/hour and a half?!? Why do you balance a vault that early??? …Beyond aggravated with your ways… after trying several times this week and being denied, I view you very, very differently than I used too..

This bank makes sure if I’m not 15 min away from this location to make my card stop working it’s hard to want to stay at this bank when I can’t use the money I put in it.
