A person can't call a local branch, the only phone number is to the main office. If you call the number the person answering in the call center can't answer a question without calling the local branch. Definitely not convenient at all. All over a cashier check needing cashed that was purchased from First People's. In which can't be cashed at a local branch unless a person has an account with that bank.

I have used First Peoples in Oakland for all of my car loans, 6 different cars in the past 10 years. They always take great care of me and go over and beyond to help! I highly recommend! Bridgett is absently great and willing to help at all times! :) Thanks for everything!
