Amanda is fantastic. We 100% could not have bought our home without her; she was there for us every step of the way. We went into our meeting with zero knowledge of the home buying process, and she took time to educate us and walk us through all of the options available. When we found our dream home but felt that it would be just out of our price range, Amanda flew in like Wonder Woman and found us the perfect mortgage right in line with our budget. Amanda Garcia is amazing, and she and her team did a fantastic job helping us with our financing! I could have not closed on my very first home without Amanda! She was ALWAYS very patient with all of my questions and concerns and I most likely drove her crazy with ALL that I asked, but she never faltered or made me feel like I was testing her patience. From start to finish Amanda and her team were the absolute best to work with. After hours, first thing in the morning, or any other time of the day, she always replied to phone calls or emails in order to help us navigate the process. Buying a home can be a daunting experience, but we never felt overwhelmed, confused or pressured throughout the transaction. Amanda clearly explained each step and always let us know what was coming next. With 4 of us on the mortgage, there were lots of signatures and paperwork to gather but she remained patient and helpful the entire time. I am not quite sure why you would use any other broker to help you with your finance needs.
