We recently purchased a a second home and refinanced our current home with Kari Story, First Home Mortgage in Ocean City Maryland. Kari, Ashley and especially Abby ( who worked most closely with us) helped everything go so smoothly. They were all so helpful with all aspects of both transactions. The process was easily and they were always available to answer and troubleshoot any questions that we had. We started a refinance process with Quicken loans and after going into the fourth month with no settlement date we decided to switch to first home mortgage and we were so glad we did. They saved us $7000 in closing cost fees that Quicken loans was going to charge us. Plus we had the whole refinance done within 6 to 7 weeks.
