The website is setup very well. Website allows for the client and agent to follow along the path that will be created in order to close the deal. When dealing with people there is not a perfect way to handle business. Although there is a thing called best practices that should be used to refine the product or services to allow the client and agent to reach that desired outcome on a more consistent basis. The lawyer that was chosen was amazing. They called, emailed, kept me updated throughout the whole process. Even with the many changes when it came to closing we always made sure that each other was aware what was going on. 4 or 5 different closing dates and times. I shall be using their services in the future for all of my transactions when it comes to real estate and property.

I did not use this specific office, but my mortgage team Larry Reyes and Alton Oglesby in CA was fantastic!! This is the 3rd time using Loan Depot, and each was a positive, beyond my expectations experience. Rate was good, fees were fair n the level of attention n communication excellent!!!

Jay is an amazing person he help me in every way he could. He was very calm through my whole process. Good communication and a great lender good job jay.
