I went seeking gap funding from Access 1 Properties and was promised that someone would reach out to me after I submitted my application. For the application, I submitted social security card, driver's license, tax returns, the whole bit. I paid the owner of Access 1 Properties the $495 broker fee to get started and was promised that my application would get expedited. I called and followed up daily with the owner and for the first few days he answered the phone and promised me that everything was on the up and up. He alluded that some company called Spectrum would be reaching out to me. Nevertheless, Spectrum never reached out and he stopped answering the phone. It got so bad to the point where I had to use another phone number of mines just to get through to him because he knew my personal cell and began to avoid it. I am writing this review because, the owner is not to be trusted. The owner even told me that there wasn't a guarantee that I would get my money back because "multiple people" who work for him that worked my file needs to get paid. He said: "You don't expect my people to work for free do you? You wouldn't work for free would you?" Avoid Access 1 Properties, Inc at all costs or you too could be the victim of theft via it's owner.
