I applied for a personal loan with Lendmark. I got a call back the following day and the representative was polite and professional at first. But, when my application was denied the representatives attitude did a 360 degree turn and she became very short, negative and unprofessional. Don't apply with this company no matter what your credit is.

Shannon was amazing from the beginning. She listened to my story and told me she would do everything she can to help and she delivered. Great payment plan and explained everything in detail so I understood all that I was signing. Shannon is amazing and Landmark is a great . Great company Shannon deserves a raise. Everyone if you ever in a pickle Go to lendmark in Randlestown area and ask for Shannon . I am a very happy customer THANK YOU SHANNON THANK YOU LENDMARK

They have 0 communication skills. I keep telling them I do not have a account with them. Now its affecting my credit score. I keep getting harrassed by this company. Especially by a women named Leticia who keeps leaving me very rude voicemails huffing and puffing saying I am late on my bill and today she hung up on me on the phone. Worse customer service I have ever dealt with. I spoke with the manager today she seemed like she did not care about her unprofessional employee and never apologize to me. But did tell me she was in the process of fixing this. I wish i could leave a 0 star. I never leave horrible reviews!!! Would never use this company EVER!!

Great experience. Very happy with the service i revived today. Amanda May the Assistant Manager was on it. Called at 2:30 and had my check in hand by 4:30. Very fast and convenient.I would suggest anyone who needs a personal loan to go here. Make sure to mention my name

Got financed here when other places wouldn't. The process was quick. In and out. They also offered a payment lower than another one i was approved by, including safeguards the others didn't include or even ask if i was interested in.
