Equity Lending LLC is one of the best if not the best hard money lenders out there. Over the years I’ve worked with them to get many deals done, my experience has been seamless, pleasant and very positive and without them I wouldn’t have been able to grow my rental properties portfolio this quickly. Unlike other hard money lenders who are only interested in collecting fees and interest on the loan, this company will advise you not to buy if the deal is bad which is not very common from a hard money lender. The expertise that this lender brings to the table is second to none, these guys are trustworthy, honest, and will deliver the funds to close the deal. I highly recommend them
