This was by far the easiest loan we've ever gotten! They were quick with reviewing documents, letting us know when they needed one more piece of documentation and their decision. The whole process was very simple and could be done from your phone or computer. The system they use is very user friendly and not stressful at all. From the time we started our application to when we had the funds deposited into our account was right at two weeks and that is including the two weekends and 3 days it took us to even upload our documents in the beginning due to our work schedules. They were great to work with and I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Out of all the different pool lenders we tried, HFS was by far the most responsive and straightforward. I have to give special accolades to Scott and Andrea, because their communication is some of the best I've seen from any lender. They went out of their way to make sure we understood everything that was needed to get our loan approved, and they seemed to really care about making sure we were approved. Unlike some other pool lenders, who were vague and dismissive when we had questions. HFS process was fast, very easy, and best of all they let you control your own pool project by sending the funds to you rather than directly your pool builder. I wish we had gone to them first, rather than wasting time with other lenders in the middle of rising interest rates.

These guys are the BEST! I now have the patio of my dreams complete with a built in kitchen! Eric took my very rough drawing, designed the patio and provided all the choices for pavers, granite, lighting, appliances and landscaping. Our patio is perfect in every way. I HIGHLY recommend Key Stone for their perfection in design, materials, attention to detail, ease to work with, knowledge of possibilities and INTEGRITY! Eric was on location everyday, and put his own sweat and professionalism in every stone (including 14 TONS of crushed rock under the pavers). Courtney (MS, Keystone), was very helpful in selecting design materials and helping us make the perfect selection. You will have the BEST final product. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these guys, and my patio!!!

The entire process for getting a loan for a pool for our home was so quick and easy I wish I had used them for our home renovations as well.
