Staff is very helpful and Brock went beyond regular customer service standards. We spoke on the phone and he was patient, not pushy, offered terms I could handle and helped me navigate the on-line signing. You may think this this is regular customer service, but it was more. He paid attention to what I told him, listened completely and focused on getting me the loan. Thank you, One Main Financial!

Dan was absolutely great! I didn't receive the loan amount that I requested due to some underlying issue that was out of my control so that's why I gave them 4 stars. Dan did everything in his power to push for a decent amount and exceeded my expectations of great customer service. I would recommend a friend to go to one main financial.
