Chris is a true gem. He is truly one of the kindest and most efficient loan officers I've ever encountered. From start to finish our refinance went perfectly. There honestly is not one thing I could criticize regarding the process. He always answered comms immediately and he worked late to ensure everything went off without a hitch.
