I've been there twice to sell stuff and they were reasonable both times. Staff are friendly and Charles is a good guy. Both times I walked away feeling pleased with the prices for what I sold to them.

I Visited this shop to have a CZ stone repaired on my heart shapped necklace that fell out. I did have the stone to be replaced. The repairs done was awesome. They even cleaned my necklace. The cost for the repair was very reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While there I spotted a Coach purse that I liked. The staff gave me a very nice price & I ending up buying myself a wonderful gift. I was very pleased with my visit here. Update : I went back to have a pair of earrings repaired. The post broke off. They did a wonderful job.

My name is Innis. I bought a PS4 from a guy named Charles. He was excellent! He was SO helpful to me. He answered ALL of my questions. Charles was very supportive and explained the whole process of layaway. He was a very nice guy and knew how to do business well. Olga was very nice and gave me her card so I could call the shop and she was very welcoming and all around a nice person. Jason was there when I made my final purchase. He set the PS4 up to teach us how when we got it home. He was very supportive. That's it!

This is by far the best pawnshop I’ve ever dealt with. They are knowledgeable, courteous and just overall a great place to shop. They treated me wonderful!! I had some old jewelry to sell and they gave me great prices. With the money I got from that I was able to walk out with a great TV. If you are looking for a great place to shop or sell I wouldn’t look anywhere else!!
