I have never ever walked into an establishment, and encounter a worker whom has had the same positive, energetic, professional, yet humbled, spirit for over nearly 20 plus years. Mrs. Wanda is awesome at what she does. She's definitely a "one in a million". She truly possesses what great customer service entales. Always friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. Mrs. Wanda will always greet you with a smile, whenever anyone walks into the ACE store. Ms Wanda is by far the BEST I have ever came across dealing with ace. Different locations different people but Ms Wanda has been the absolute best. I signed up for a flare account and direct deposit because she made me feel so comfortable. Please keep her around we neeed her energy

If you ever have the pleasure of visiting this location on a day that Wanda is working, you will leave highly satisfied. I went to a bank and was unable to cash my check. Ms. Wanda offered me a prepaid card I didn’t need but informed me of all my options as my credit union does not have a location. Customer Service is top tier when you are Ms Wanda’s hands. SHE DESERVES A $10 RAISE!!!! I’m telling everyone to come here!

I always come to the ace because I love Ms Wanda customer service. I will always come to this location from now. She is always polite and helps me with all my needs and very respectful. On Saturday I went to cash a check at the location on seat pleasant and the customer service from charr was horrible. She was rude, on the phone, talk about how she not cashing no more checks.
