Process was simple. It took two days to apply and receive funds on line. Jasmine was my representative. She was patient, pleasant and extremely helpful. I hope that she receives the acknowledgement she deserves. The only problem I'm having is downloading my documents for my records.

From the first time I communicated with Malani, I was treated with respect. She was extremely professional, courteous and compassionate. She understood my first issue (I misplaced my vehicle title and had to wait for a replacement). She was patient but she stayed in touch until I received the title and made an appointment to come into the office. She patiently explained all aspects of my loan and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Although it could have been a stressful process, I felt at ease thanks to her manner and knowledge.
