This place is so unprofessional and their staff is not properly trained ! It's great if you need the funds due to life happening because it's a simple approval but they staff is trash and not helpful. The manager put in a notice so they're now just doing whatever they want to do ! As a customer I should never hear you huffing and puffing and sighing because you're frustrated. Never the less , DONT DO IT UNLESS YOU NEED IT !

I have been with lend mark for over 8 months when I started looking for financial services for my loan I was not approved in most places. When I first spoke to Lisa she was able to Direct me in the right direction to get my loan and how to boost my credit score while paying off my loan i was able to get my loan with them and boots my score.when I visited to close my loan Tiarra was extremely helpful in help close it out. If you have bad credit history or never had credit history you can get easily approved and with the app it makes it extremely easy to make payments and receive information…

Negligent and ignorant staff. First issue was them telling my bank that they could not give a 7 day payoff quote over the phone when they called on my behalf. Then they mailed my tittle promptly but not my security interest statement to release the lean after they got paid. It’s been over a year of me contacting them trying to figure out why I have a lean and I still don’t have what I need to give to my new loan holders and because of them dropping the ball my interest rate on my refinanced loan has gone from 3% to over 15% costing me unnecessary money, time and stress because they didn’t do their part in the paperwork. I should be compensated for their negligence. It’s been a year since they cashed my check and failed to lift my lean. This branch should be closed down hopefully this prevents someone from going through what I did.

Do not waste the inquiry on your credit report . My agent Lisa Negri very unhelpful. NEVER returned phone calls or made phone calls to keep me notified of my loan . To this day 1 month later , I STILL don't know anything.

Don’t do it! Big mistake if you are young and need a loan. They will light you up. I only needed a small loan and the only option they would give me was 2 times what i needed. Lol. Now I’ve been paying on this loan and it seems like I’ll be paying for the rest of my life. Lol. This is a joke. Don’t do it. Biggest regret to date. They will harass the heck out of you and your referrals . One of my referrals asked the lady who called to stop calling and she got an attitude, hung up and called rite back! Lol Don’t do it!
