LBG Lending Services is simply exceptional. I wish I could give more stars. This company goes above and beyond to close the deal and get you into your new home. The new construction process is long but LBG Lending kept us on track throughout the entire process. Great customer service, professional and world class loan officers, Ron, Felicia and team. We were even able to settle on our new home in their White Plains office. My family greatly appreciates LBG Lending Services. A++ in my book!

Response to Mrs. Amy Lawson, Respectfully Mrs. Amy Lawson wasn't a client of LBG Lending Services, LLC. We represented the buyers and her husband was the agent and seller of the property that our client were purchasing. So she has no inside knowledge of what took place for the delay of settlement, but we did go to settlement a week later. We have close hundreds of loans, but anyone who is in the real estate business knows there are times when issues comes up, but we do our due diligence to work around them and have happy outcome.

I just want to say that Mr. Ron and his team Ms. Felicia and Ms. Juanita took on my case which was an extremely hard case due to credit issues from a bad divorce. After losing out on one house which was a total nightmare, I was referred to LBG lending by my agent. Lbg lending took on my case and worked beyond measures to make sure I did not lose out on the home that I just closed on. Again, They truly went to war for me and that speaks volumes for someone like me starting over from having everything to nothing and rebuilding as a single Mom. I thank you all for never giving up on me! I know I was a difficult case but you all made it happen and for that I am truly thankful. I am definitely referring people to you all. Just putting this out there that the guy who runs this business also runs multiple other businesses so if you are trying to buy a house, you will not be his top priority. My husband and I had to deal with them when we sold our house. Closing was pushed back twice because they couldn't get things done on time.
