Love their hours. Don't like their fees. Had pretty good service. Once we were working with a loan officer who just disappeared, but generally they are good to work with.

What an awesome experience! I joined them a couple days in order to fiance a vehicle, with Becky doing all the paper work effectively things went smoothly. Why use a bank that you have already bailed out once, where CEO'S make huge salaries? Join a credit union where you a member not just a #.

Despite being inundated with people at times, they handle crowds quite well and have always provided me with swift and concise service.

Go to another credit union! They’re impossible to deal with, this is the only credit card payment that takes weeks to process a check or bill pay as they are not set up to do electronic payments. They now charge $10 to pay over the phone, $3 to send you your bill by mail. Customer service is poor.

I use my card once for online purchase through Microsoft it worked. Now I try buying something from walmart cant even use my money. I still have money on my card that you guys won't let me use anywhere now this whole weekend can't even call anyone to fix it during closed hours or the weekend period. I shouldn't need authorization to use my own money when there's enough on there and it worked previously. will be shutting my account down tomorrow when you open

Bad service bad customer service almost all the tellers are rude get money taken out that shouldn’t be don’t use this bank
