Worst customer service ever Jody “a manager” some guy treated me awful, was yelling at me & told me I was in the wrong over a $100 mobile deposit. I’ve never been treated so awful in my life. I’ve been with this Bank for 10 years & now regret having all my money there. This man should be fired for the way he speaks to the customers. I can only imagine how he must be to actually work with, I pity his co workers.

This credit union makes it very difficult to make purchases above $3,000 with your checking/debt account. Attempting to spend my own money was a 5 phone call week long affair.

I have been a loyal member for about a decade and was very try disappointed at the heartless customer service I experienced recently. I will definitely be changing banks.

Hopefully they're kinder to their members. I went on for shared banking the teller was very unhelpful kept asking for member number although i provided the account number. To make is worse she was chewing while I was at the window..... classy K***** smh

Love the place and ppl,but their posted hours mean nothing,never correct...you better call before you make the trip!!! Can you please correct the online hours if you close early or take a day off???!!!
