Policy over people !! Lack of effort on notifying customers of actions being taken on personal accounts! After almost 10 years with this branch it’s nauseating to see how things have gone at the Belfast branch , tellers are still great and personable but management needs to learn people are not numbers and lack of communication should be rewarded with a pink slip !

Tellers are always smiling, greets you as soon as you walk thru the door, always polite and they all go above and beyond to assist. Never have had a bad experience with this branch.

It's annoying that they only have a drive-through ATM. Why not a lobby or walk-up unit? Isn't this the biggest bank in the state? Employees are great here.

The tellers are very nice and always greet you with a smile. My dog loves the treats they give out when he happens to be with me.

Such a great bunch of people. A bad car buying experience and an accident right after was only made better by the quick response and help by Lisa and her staff regarding our loan.
