So thankful to Downeast for helping me open a special account. Everyone in the bank is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their services and they have lots of banking options that are very useful.

The customer service at the belfast location just keeps getting worse. I waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes with no one even acknowledging that I was there. I could see 2 employees talking to each other but neither paid any attention to me. I understand that they may have had customer inside that I couldn't see but in the past, they at least told you they would be right with you. I know its a tough time to be hiring but just going to be a tough time staying in business if you let employees treat customers like that.
