It would seem that only one maybe two people are relatively decent at their job. Wonderful experience waiting 20+ minutes to even talk to somebody and that person takes 30m just to cash a check. I promise you will wait and leave very unhappy everytime. Just when you have a decent experience they will find a way to screw it up for you, trust me its only happened every other visit.

This bank has no clue of its processes or policies. Trying to close an account of a deceased family member took 2 phone calls, 2 visits and over 2 hours of time. The funniest part about the whole nightmare was there was less than $300 in the account! Now its principle- you will not have that money!

They don't give out rolls of quarters or anything there whether you have an account with them or not.

This location does not have access to the shared branch network...The sole reason I use a Credit Union

This has been my bank for many years. I'm treated well here and customer service is very helpful, all the time.
