Can we talk about above and beyond? Emily Rooney was the teller helping me today get back into my online banking. She was kind and helpful and not just that when we were accidentally disconnected she put in the effort that she didn’t even need to to reach out to me personally to make sure I got the help I needed. Someone give this amazing girl a raise! Never in my life have I ever had such an amazing teller truly care about the reasoning for my call I would give 10 starts if I could but I guess 5 will do
