Terrible. Extremely unprofessional. Long story short, They held a check they insisted was fraudulent. I’m all about being cautious, but when I insisted the call the institution that issued the check to verify the funds, they refused. The only reason they ever gave was that they didn’t want to wait on hold to talk to the other financial institution. Blatant laziness. Everyone I talked to didn’t know what they were doing. Been trying to deal with them for 2 days now. That aside, their fee list is crazy long. The point of a credit union is to help its members, not nickel and dime them and hold funds urgently needed to pay bills. Never trust them with your money, you’d be far better off at a bank.

I was just in town for a few days and went there to get a roll of quarters for laundry. The girl at the window was very nice and helpful.
