Maine Savings, Ellsworth, ME

Maine Savings is a good credit union and institution. They are very professional and I've always been treated well by everyone there. I usually deal with the Brewer branch, but recently have been using this branch as well and have been just as impressed with this location.

Susan Smith is certainly to be commended for the quick response and follow up to get my questions answered and instant follow up to create Trad Ira accounts for us. She was short handed at the time, happily accomplished the task at hand. No excuses, just excellent customer service. What a fine example she is for all. Bravo. Merle & Sandy Abbott. 1/24/2022

Absolutely great experience. Applied for an auto loan online, and within hours, Susan at the Ellsworth location followed up with me and completed most of the process online. Highly recommend Susan and Maine Savings Credit Union! Looking forward to doing more business with them!

I've been a member of Maine Savings since I was six or seven years old. We recently financed our house through Ellsworth Maine Savings and had the best experience. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and Linda Elliot and Maine Savings helped us every step of the way. Linda was the best loan officer we could have ever asked for! If you're looking for an institution to help you on a loan journey, I 10/10 recommend Maine Savings!

Pretty disappointed that my daughter and boyfriend were told they were approved for a first time home buyers back in July. Went to Al Benners signed a sale contact and everything. Emailed Linda to see what the next step was. No response for weeks called today to be told oh no sorry couldn’t get approved for first time homer buyers after all. If she didn’t call would there have been any contact to let them know the status of their loan changed. Pretty poor communication on her part.

My husband and I would like to express our extreme gratitude for the excellent, professional, friendly, efficient service we received last Friday and Saturday when we went into Me. Savings at 4:15pm Friday afternoon to discuss an auto loan. Bridgette Shorey Branch Manager met with us and worked up a loan proposal. The next morning we had an approval. Bridgette worked tirelessly to get our deal done that morning so we could have our new Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD when she had multiple others she was working on as well a other customers walking in to set up an account. If you need a loan officer Bridgette is your lady! She will get it done in a super friendly, comfortable way. I also want to add that we have since then to gone back to see her about seeing what we could do to lower some intrest rates. She worked with us again and was able to help us with this as well.
