I have tried for 4 days to get an update on my loan, which should have been the maturity of my agreement as of November 3rd 2021 according to my paperwork. I have left several messages in regard for a call back to verify said information and have not heard a single thing after being told I would receive a call back in 24 hours which was on Nov.16th 2021. Today is Nov.19th and still waiting. This is not what should be considered proper customer service. Not sure that I would deal with this company again.

The guys who came and explained the whole process were very personable, very well informed and explained every detail the way that I wish all contractors would do for their customers. ALL questions answered. I am recommending this company to all my neighbors, friends and coworkers. Financing was a breeze. This will crank up my credit score. I started paying before the job is done. So far this institution has been a great help to make my life more secure.

Constant Energy was pleasant to work with and very helpful in getting us our generator. It was installed with no problems and kicked right in the next morning when we lost power. Thank you so much!
