I did all my banking at various local banks for over 44 years. My daughter talked me into switching to Casco Federal Credit Union, and it took her almost a year of trying! One of the best changes I've ever made! The personnel are all very friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. Banking is easy, never any issues with them. Great interest rates on loans and credit card. Smooth transactions. I highly recommend CFCU! Don't delay like I did.. wish I had joined years before I finally did!

We have had multiple accounts with various banks and we have always closed those account down, I will continue to go to Casco Federal Credit Union as they have the best service around. The turn around isn't there as I have seen the same people for over the last 20 years. I can't remember when I first opened my accounts their, but the people are so nice, friendly, communication is great and personable. #1 Credit Union around! Thank you for all you do for the community and your members. Excited to open accounts for all my kids as they grow up

This is our favorite bank! Great rates, superb customer service, they make you feel like a million bucks (no pun intended). The people are so nice, friendly & personable. We loved participating in their Community Yard Sale in the past - so much fun to hang out with everyone.

This was my first experience with a Credit Union, back in 2004. I started an account back then, they have helped in so many ways over the past 17 years! Great for single moms, vets, and students. Very understanding and lovely people!

I switched to CFCU last year due to the poor customer service I received at Infinity Federal Credit Union. At CFCU I have experienced top notch customer service; prompt and courteous responses to questions, and staff that seems genuinely interested in being helpful. So happy I made the switch!

I was with this credit union for the last 5-6 years and I love the new update! Very much needed. My only small complaint would be advising the accountants to be careful with their signature on cashier checks because if the writing gets on the printed numbers, the photo mobile deposit will not work and it will be considered “blurry”. Other than that everyone was incredibly nice and very helpful! Thank you for being a great credit union!

I'm so happy I went with Casco FCU for my car loan! It's been just about 2 years now. I didn't realize how lucky I was until I realized how high the interest on my friends' cars is. I'm locked in at less than 5%! And they are always so nice anytime I call with questions. Definitely recommend!
