From pre-approval to closing and everything in between, Rick was fantastic to work with and helped me get into my dream home! Sadly, my husband very suddenly and unexpectedly passed away only 4 or 5 days after we signed the purchase agreement, but Rick couldn't have been more understanding and helpful in guiding me through the process during my period of extreme grief and shock. Even when the underwriter was being a bit difficult and nitpicky, Rick had my back and got it done. I closed on my new home last week and I couldn't have made it to the finish line without him!

very friendly and seems like they have good intentions but possibly too busy for the size of the operation. If any documents or information was missing, it was communicated piece by piece rather than a list give of what was still needed.
