Ive been to this location a few times now and everytime ive been here ive had horrible customer service. I get it your not happy with your job most of us arent, but atleast smile and treat your customers with respect. Today was the last time i will deal with this establishment. I hope yall get some people in here that like what there doing and are more friendly because your current employees attitudes suck!

Called ahead because I was going to show up exactly at 7 when they close, and asked if she would allow me in to cash my check, she informed NO, WE CLOSE IN 6MINS!!! Very Rudely, ok whatever! So I race down Lisbon st. pull in 3mins to 7PM, Doors LOCKED! There was a gentleman there that said he walked up to the door 5mins till, AND SHE LOCKED THE DOOR RIGHT ON HIM!!! And then there was also another vechile there as well, so three customers befor 7pm and the wench closed early, after 2 of 3 of the rushing customers had called. I'm so ANGRY to the point I am calling managment tomorrow seems myself and boyfriend cash 200$-300$ checks A DAY!!! And spend probably $woo a week cashing them!!! So yes! I probably will NOT BE RETURNING DUE TO SUCH IGNORANT AND RUDE BEHAVIOR!!

Cara is Is phenomenal as well as the rest of the staff there highly recommend this Republic has over anyone have never add an issue and Cara is the bomb.

I've been coming to a public cash for over 15 years. And I've always had a great experience. But today was the worst experience I've ever had. She's was rude, mean and cruel. She didn't listen to what I was saying. And didn't validate me like the way she should have. So please if you have to go some where don't go here.
