If I could give Key bank negative stars I would . What a joke this place is and they are thieves . They held two $1000 checks for over two weeks for “possible not to collect funds” my checks have never bounced since I’ve been with this bank over two years , and I had no help from customer service . DO NOT USE KEY BANK

I wish I could give negative stars. This place is a joke. Loved it when it was First Niagara, they always cared about the CUSTOMER which is a foreign concept to key bank. Unfortunately had money stolen, had to get a new debit card which took almost one month. For once month I had no access to any money. No one is any help. Customer service reps are lazy and rush off the phone to switch you to an automated system. What a joke. Worst customer service. I left this bank and will never recommend it to anyone.

wish i could rate 0 stars. went to this branch to cash 2 checks that were already signed over to me and they refused to cash them because the person who signed them over to me was not present with an id. great service am i supposed to fly this person out to Connecticut to cash the dam checks now?

When Key Bank was First Niagara, it was always about the customer. Their interest rates and all the bells and whistles of a bank account was geared for the customer. Key Bank is not like that. They have high foreign exchange rates, do not reimburse fees on international ATMs. A local branch that once valued its customer, now only values corporate profit.

The branch manager and tellers are great to work with.
