Oxford Federal credit union employees are the best!! I have done multiple financial transactions with them and have always been treated with the highest regard. It makes no difference if I am low on funds have no funds or have ample funds in my account, I always start with Oxford Federal credit union when making financial transactions they always serve my purpose. I've been doing all my banking with OFCU for many years and have never been dissatisfied with any service I've had. They will go above and beyond to be your bank of choice. I'd recommend them to anyone for any banking related service. Keep up the great customer service OFCU.

They charge you if you’re negative a penny for 2 minutes. They are rude over email and like to just ignore you. Sometimes the women in the drive thru are nice but I wouldn’t know sense there only 1 lane out side so it takes over an hour to get even a check cashed. Clearly I’d rather travel out of my town to get a better banking experience

My visit was nice at the bank. They were very prompt and polite! I was in and out in no time which worked great because I needed to run a few more errands and get ready for work!
