Communication was excellent as either Steve or someone from his team answered us very quickly for any questions or issues that arose during the application process. Steve was also able to be at closing to make sure everything was in order. I would work with this lender again.

Phil and his team were excellent to work with while obtaining my construction loan. Phil was always quick to pickup the phone or email ASAP when I had a question or needed further documentation or explanation. I would highly recommend Phil and Integrity Mortgage.

Working with Mike and Liz was a breeze. I was somewhat thrust into the process of buying a home due to unforeseen circumstances, and they were so incredibly patient about educating me along the way. They were always easy to reach, put things into language I could comprehend, and broke down the process into manageable steps.
