Very bad experience with both employee and managers. Employee made me wait several times while he helped other people, and after waiting 30 minutes they were unable to cash my check because their own records had the wrong phone numbers. Manager comes out and just says “there’s nothing I can do for you, go to a bank”, I say the banks are closed today, she shrugged and said “yep, nothing I can do”. Unprofessional and rude after making me wait a long time, no attempt to fix their own mistake. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE

I was in republicash yesterday and the lady who was helping me get a new phone was very nice and extremely beautiful!!!!! Her name was mackenzie I believe but she was so nice and I hope some day I can talk to her again. She's amazing

Erin, mark, and the rest of the crew on St John Street have always been awesome! I have been going here for over 4 years and have always been treated respectfully. They always have a solution for my many needs. As a small business I appreciate the effort that they put into finding me Solutions.

I went in with a simple personal out-of-state check, which is advertised right on their sign that they can cash. And after an extensive time of the worker asking me and the check holder to give them every bit of information about ourselves they decided that they couldn’t cash the check even though it is advertise that they can. And when I asked for them to explain to me why. They refused. This was just now on March 15 A little before six. This cashier showed no sensitivity whatsoever and wouldn’t explain any questions that I asked him. *** This teller also laughed at me while I was crying in the waiting room from a panic attack

The western Union workers are the rudest the most incompetent people i have ever seen. They made me work 5 times more than i hade to because they would always give me half the information i needed. They are rude, condescending, and snarky. Go to a wall greens its a lot easier to Receive it from there. Before the worker on the counter called me up they were making fun of other clients and gossiping instead of doing there jobs.
