cPort Credit Union, Scarborough, ME

I recently worked with this location for a HELOC and was very impressed with the level of customer service provided. It is clear to me this branch puts their customers first and really try to provide a one of a kind unique experience. cPort will be my first choice going forward with anything I do. Huge shout out to the branch manager Stephen that I worked with directly and his team, they do a fantastic job!!

Cport credit union has been my first and only bank of 7 years and I have nothing but wondering things to say about the employees. I am always greeted with politeness and respect. There is always someone willing to help and I always leave satisfied. I will always recommend cport to someone looking for a reliable credit union.

Banking with c port has been the worst experience of my life. I would not recommend this bank for personal or business.holds on checks,wrong money counts,funds not available for days,blatantly taking advantage of business owners and treating them with little to no respect. Anywhere but c port

A good local credit union with a few locations. This location is my favorite. Everyone is warm and welcoming. My problems , if any arise, are handled promptly and efficiently. The location is always clean and you can get free coffee and ice cream all day long! Rates ore on par with other area credit unions but customer service is better. I recommend if you can working with Samantha or Shannon.

GREAT credit union! And Scarborough Is our favorite location. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, lots of employees know us by name, which is rare find nowadays. Definitely has an amazing personal touch. Plus they have great rates and it’s very easy to apply. Definitely recommend them!

As a local small business owner, this branch encapsulates the term "small town feel". Each time I walk in, I'm met with at least 2-3 folks giving me a friendly "Hey Brendan!". They're considerate, and make me feel like I'm the only one there. I've also met with the branch manager Stephen >10 times to discuss various loan options - both business and personal. Knowledgable, helpful, kind. Just a great bank.

This Scarborough branch is well organized and the tellers are very nice. Yeelin is my favorite teller, she is well organized and very precise with a smooth transaction. She is very friendly and shows that she's glad to help you. Although I've never gotten any, I think it's pretty cool that they offer free ice cream to the members.

I love banking at cPort! I have my personal and small business accounts here. They make it extremely easy for me and have the best online banking platform. Thank you for the convenience!
