Worst company I ever dealt with! I called them several times and never returned my call! They would send me a text to call them back at 515 pm and they closed at 530 pm! When I did reach them they sent me an email to upload needed documents! Only I couldn’t sign in because I didn’t have an account number! I stopped in once to talk to them and tried to make it easier! Nope! We do everything over the phone! I had to stop in again to drop off needed documents! Then I get a phone call with an offer not even close to what I applied for! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

If you get a loan it's going to be One of the highest interest rates available. Then don't expect them to answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. After my payoff happened they decided to charge me another month's payment. No communication!

I do not recommend using this company, they don’t answer their phones, they take to long to get back to you and go back on their word. I applied for a loan 2 weeks ago, decided to decline at the time, ask if I can change my mind 2 weeks later and they have to run a whole new report which I found odd because most credit pulls are 30 days. Their new off wasn’t even close to what I originally applied for. And they basically told me to pound sand. I’ve been a good customer who always makes their payments and this is how I get treated. I will not be returning to one main financial in the future and I suggest you don’t even start.

I had a great experience with One Main Financial when I really needed them. They came through with exactly what I needed in a timely fashion. The process couldn't have been easier, I was in and out of the door with a completed loan in roughly 30 minutes. Would definitely work with them again. Thank you One Main Financial.
