I go there quite often and have had no problems at all.

I get my taxes done here every year, saves me $100 on what H&R Block would charge me, and their tax professionals are wonderful. The management is very helpful, and they also let me take out an advance against my tax refund with minimal fees for doing so. Highly recommend them to others!

It was completely terrible,the clerk/cashier was rude, and judgemental. I'm also going to the better business bureau as well, and even the chamber of commerce. It didn't deserve 1 star from the service and ridicule I recevived.

they lie to uabout ur taxes they say u can get a loan up to $1000 the same day u do ur taxes that was the only reason why I went to them bc I couldn't wait bc I always did it online for free... so it cost me $300 and I couldn't even get a loan until they saw it was ok online which they had to wait a week for it..... I hate this place and will never do my taxes again there I'll be doing it for free next year what a ripped off and lairs I don't even want to give them a star
