Just closed on a home yesterday through KSB with Andy and we had a wonderful experience! Andy was there to answer any questions and concerns, had a little craziness with paperwork not being in Maine at time of closing, but Andy kept all involved in the loop and prepared for plan B if need be. They don’t charge a high closing fee. A house purchase is a big expense and you want a good team working with you, we got that here! Thank you KSB and Andy!

After having a terrible experience with a different bank...well over two months wait to be told we don't do that kind of loan, I went to KSB and had a positive answer in just a couple of days. I have been going to them ever since. They are friendly and great at giving a quick answer whenever I have asked for any info.

I've had this bank for many years and the service is top notch and they are always happy to help. It's a very good local bank that keeps their mortgages in house, which is a rarity these days.

Bad teller service. Inconsistent with answers. Cashed chamber's checks one week, went in the next, and they would not honor them.
