Bangor Savings Bank, Winslow, ME

I called to talk about a transaction on my account, I was told the manager would call me back before close and now they are closed and no phone call. This is not the first time I tried getting in contact with them about in issue where they have not returned my call. I live paycheck to paycheck and that last transaction now put me -$30. I once again had to call them the next morning for them to say they couldn't do anything for me. If you live week to week like me I advice you go else where. Now im negative and will be getting an overdraft fee, lol

Being greeted by the staff as soon as I came in the door was so welcoming. Morey helped me set up an account, was so helpful, SUPER nice, and didn't care to answer any of my questions. So glad I choose this bank, I'm sure everyone is nice I only spoke with Morey but if the right person sees this Morey needs a raise for kindness, having the right attitude. I was so very pleased with my experience
