Not just out of state checks, My teller told me with a straight face that because I "needed" the money, a 4 day hold HAD to be placed on it, the receipt that she handed me said 7 days! They use the money for 7 days and then graciously ALLOW you to access it. Unbelievable!!

Hello, I went to Lenco Credit Union yesterday in Adrian to withdraw money from my card around 3:30pm-4:15pm, Monday evening December 3 ,2018. ((615 W Maple Ave, Adrian, MI 49221)). I withdrew money from the atm driver thru, apparently I left my card in the machine, and went to get dog food with the cash I withdrew. Then I realized my card was missing and rushed back to Lenco to notify them what happened. This is the unsettling part. There could been some obvious outcomes to losing a financial institutions credit card hythopthetically. However the very last thing I would expect a bank employee with humanity, empathy or remorse is to say with a blank face and no emotion or remorse that my card was destroyed and due to me not being member there it was destroyed and that's the only answer she gave me. its Christmas I am having to wait 2-3 weeks for a replacement card. its December and this is undoubtedly running my holiday season with my 2 boys! In short worst experience I've ever had at any financial institution. I will be sending a letter to all the administration.

Outdated policies. poor customer service. if you work out of state your checks will be held 7 days. doesn't matter that you've been depositing them for 2 years without a problem. Printer doesn't work half the time at the main branch. I heard they're connected to the county so makes sense now why the inadequacies.

Place is a joke!! Even tho I'm a member to deposit an out of state check, from a bank and I have to wait 7 days to get my money....tellers are rude and obnoxious....take your money and run far far away from this ridiculous place.....

Good luck on trying to reach this branch through the phone...the number they have listed must be a fax....this rating is solely based on contact information and poor communication
