BlueOx Credit Union - Albion, Albion, MI

Very very slow!....takes days for transactions to post. Transferring money takes days and *there is a fee; they don't have anything like Zelle. And definitely do NOT dispute a charge from a merchant; they will deem it a compromise and shut down your card/issue a new card number causing the obvious havoc that comes with that. How that *helps* you recover your money is beyond me. Not to mention how long you will go without a card to use because they are so SLOW!

Since my first visit the Credit Union has gone down hill. In the past few months they have made mistakes that create overdrafts almost monthly. As a result an extra trip is needed to fix the problem. I am going to take care of yet another such error. On a previous such event the Manager had the Gall to blame me for the issue despite the fact that the check cashed was clearly not from the account that it was taken out of.

Friendly staff, they have been helpful on getting questions answered, and very happy that both the drive thru and the lobby are finally open again.

BlueOx has the best customer service. They are very knowledgeable and actually care about you as a customer.

The Albion branch has got to the best I have ever been to. Tamara was very helpful getting what I needed. She is also very personable and very professional. Also Ashley is wonderful as well. I would not hesitate to tell others about this branch and I will be doing my business here from now on.
