Fifth Third Bank & ATM, Allegan, MI

There is one teller, Gaye, does nothing but make everything difficult everytime we come in. She constantly complains about us coming in while we are there and has even threaten to refuse service. If I didn't have to come here for work I wouldn't even step on the property. Then after all of that she will turn around and serve her husband. I've never worked in a bank but even retailers have a strict no serve relatives rule. She can't be Hitler with the rules with one person and act like they don't exist for someone else.

It's a bank. Not much to say, really. The tellers are typically friendly, and service is prompt. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes before being helped.

Service is always slow and I've been locked out of my account multiple times for no reason.

Lots of service charges.

Closed earlier then the times stated in the door. The employees just stared while I was at the door. Very unprofessional.
