Recently I got a mortgage through commercial bank, and I could not have been happier with my experience. They were extremely helpful, and provided timely feedback for the many questions that I had. They made my first home buying experience quick and easy. I would highly recommend going through commercial bank for a mortgage, or any of your banking needs.

Commercial Bank made our mortgage process easy and worked with us during g construction, including Covid delays. Would definitely recommend them!

What a user unfriendly bank. The fees are all as high as possible. They charge more for everything. The rates are terrible. The tellers are nice but do things that will get you audited like charge you for checks from your hsa then argue about it when you correct them. The online banking never works and is near impossible to set up. Get ready to go in a lot. But the bank hours are 9-5 so if you work during business hours you can not get there. But the tellers are nice if you don't know about the illegal things they bill to your hsa and don't correct them. Two books (not boxes) of checks will cost you $32. If you let them withdrawal it from your hsa as is their policy then it will cost you $1032 plus fees after your audit. My advice is go across the street for your banking.

Had a car loan through them. Car loan was paid off for years and we needed to sell the car. We could not find the car title and they absolutely REFUSED to issue any statement that says there was no longer a lien on the car so we could sell the car at the secretary of state. THEY LITERALLY HELD OUR CAR HOSTAGE WHEN WE OWED ThEM NOTHING ON IT! The Secretary of State was shocked that they would not issue a letter for us as was another person who works at a car dealer. DO NOT GO HERE!
