About to close my account. Everytime i want to deposit money thry never put it in the right account. Been told i would have to wait because they were all in a meeting.. Thats rude!

They were really good for me until I needed anything aside from the most basic account management and banking access. Their over the phone teller service is useless. Its impossible to get any information because they changed their system a month or two back and altered account numbers, and without your account number you can't access anything over the phone because it'll just say it can't verify your information and will tell you to contact the institution, which for people working 7am-5:30pm is literally impossible without taking time off work. Oh and if you need anything on the weekend too bad! Even their iteller lost/stolen card number kicks you out, telling you to contact the institution, without your account or card number, yes, you read that right. So if you lose your card and dont have that information whoever had it gets to continue draining your account. Their loan officers also told me multiple separate times I was able to get a loan, and that I should apply, despite warning them about my debt to income ratio and past bankruptcy. When I spoke with the manager he didn't know why they told me to apply, ANY of the 3 times. Very frustrated with this credit union. The ones I've had in the past were much easier to work with and access.

I've have been a member for 25 years. They have always been very helpful! I wouldn't dream of leaving Michigan One!

Honestly this bank is a joke...they did a mishap and still took money from me. I literally closed my accounts and going to a different one
