A fax was sent over to the loan department for my dad to pay off his camper and purchase a new one. This was done on Tuesday. He needed to fill out an application no one bothered to reach out to him for the information. I called on Thursday for him. They said they should have an answer on Friday. On Friday they left a message they needed more information. This was around noon and he called 3 times and I called once and no one called him back. He was hoping to have things done by Friday afternoon. I think next time we will go else where. Seems they are not very good at customer service.

I cannot say enough about the staff at the Ossineke Branch. They are always very friendly and very knowledgeable. I always know that they can help me with any problem I may have. I’m feel very confident using them as my banking institution, for not only my personal needs, but also for my Business. Thanks Charlene and all the wonderful women who work there! The Ossineke branch of AAACU has always been my go to branch because of how close it is to home and how absolutely helpful and amazing the staff are there. Before the winter, I needed a new car and AAACU helped me get a loan and buy a great car! I couldn’t have done it without the staff there.
