We have worked with Alpena Alcona multiple times, specifically Kelly Alexander, and have always been extremely satisfied. She has always been very responsive and helpful with any of our needs. Alpena Alcona has also always provided great rates compared to any other place. We will be a forever customer to Kelly and Alpena Alcona.

I have used this Credit Union as my main financial institution for the last 6 years and have never had a negative experience. The staff have always been super helpful and engaged. I recently had to refinance a loan from a national bank. AAACU did everything in a timely manner to take care of this for me. They also advised me they may be able to beat the interest rate of an auto loan I had. Upon checking, they brought down the interest rate a full percent making my payments more manageable. I now live out of state but because of the online banking features, I continue to have AAACU as my main financial institution, and will continue to do so. They are professional, courteous, and always willing to help their members.

Today the most frightening thing happened. I found out that I had fraudulent charges on my debit card. Naturally, I freaked out, called AAACU, and was transferred to card services. Rose was outstanding! Like I said, I was really riled up and she helped me clear things up and ordered a new card for me. She was calm, friendly, patient, understanding and kind. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Rose, you are appreciated!
